The annual HCBP Conference, is Maslow’s signature event especially designed to create a platform for HR business partners and industry players to explore best practices, share their knowledge and exchange solutions on current trends in the industry. Each year, great lengths are taken to craft the theme and content of the Conference to ensure it delivers nothing less than cutting-edge information on trending Human Capital (HC) issues.

The theme for HCBP ‘18 is “The Race Between Human & Technology: What’s Doable Right Now?”

This year we will explore the race between human and technology, and what is doable right now from a human capital perspective. The event will feature success stories from companies that have adapted technology into their HR Practices as well as highlighting some of the challenges faced by some companies while incorporating HR digitalisation, and also address the question of upskilling or recruiting.
