    Datin Sri Badrunnisa has had over 30 years of working experience. Her early career was predominantly with Shell in Malaysia with the first half focusing on IT software application and the second half in Human Resources. Before Axiata, she was with TM briefly where she was responsible for Leadership & Talent Management within Group HR. She moved to Axiata as Head of Group Human Resources during the demerger of Axiata from the TM Group in 2008 and when the function of HR was split between HR and Talent Management in Axiata, she became the Group Chief Talent Officer. Recently, she has taken up a Group Learning role where she will be pivotal in rolling out the Axiata Applied University across the whole group.

    Max Thum, a UK- and Malaysian-registered pharmacist, is the Head of Revenue at HealthMetrics. He’s responsible for the business strategy, customer relations & leads the Revenue team. Prior to HealthMetrics, he drove the digitalisation efforts for a chain of community pharmacies to electronic prescriptions during his time as a pharmacist in the UK. During the same time, he was an active fundraiser for the Southampton General Hospital charity fund with the aim of providing new medical equipment for cancer care wards. Upon his return to Malaysia, he was leading the Respiratory Field Medical Affairs as a Medical Scientific Liaison in Novartis.
